Return requests originating from any areas within India, customers who wish to return items are required to do the following:

  • Initiate return process from your my account tool as soonest possible and automatically courier partner will arrange reverse pick up.
  • A refund amount will be directly issued to you once received courier to us (if product is unused/unworn/not damaged.

International Customers
Unfortunately, there is a strict no-returns policy for International Orders at Hisarkart.com

Return Notice.
Hisarkart has a free of charge 10-day Return Policy for all products. The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better it is! Please note that the items must be in an unused condition and contain the original tags and packaging (if any).

What if I receive a damaged product.
We always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform Hisarkart Customer Service immediately,we have a 10-days return policy. If you’re not satisfied with our products, you can return the products via the returns process.

When returning please make sure that the merchandise:

  • is unworn
  • still contains all the original tags
  • is in the original packaging

What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?
Care is taken to ensure that you receive what you order. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact Hisarkart Customer Service to initiate and schedule the returns and/or exchange process.  Our agent shall then replace the wrong shipment according to your specifications.

Cancellation !!
At Hisarkart, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within three business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request at help@hisarkart.com and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days.
